Processing Timeline: All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
Transport Bookings (Railway / Airline / Volvo): Refunds for transport tickets will be initiated only after Travelojo receives the refund from the respective airline, railway authority, or transport provider.
Hotel Bookings: All hotel reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the base category room is unavailable, an upgrade may be offered at an additional cost, payable directly at the hotel.
Taxes & Government Charges: All applicable taxes are charged as per current government regulations. Any increase in taxes or levies after booking will be borne by the customer.
